LTK NOVEMBER NEWSLETTER

October was another busy month at LTK,we seem to have had an influx of students which is great and a few students changing classes who have coped really well with the change. November is another highlight in the LTK calendar with colour gradings at all of the dojo and the senior Black & Brown belt grading!! Good luck to all, work hard and get the result!

October Student of the month:
It's back to finding the student of the month at the LTK clubs! Congratulations to those students who gained the award which is achieved by consistent attendance, attitude, respect, behaviour, being a great training partner, amongst other things. Well done to Oliver Gore of Weobley. Penri Blakeway of Rhayader. Toby Lloyd, Gracie-Mae Hughes, Connor Powles of Presteigne. Cassie Hawkins-Selly, Milo Thompson of Llanidloes. Keep working hard!

Black & Brown Belt Grading:
The next LTK Senior Black & Brown belt grading will take place on Saturday 25th November 9am at Presteigne Sports Centre. Eligible students will receive their invitation at their club. LTK senior gradings only take place every six months so try your best to attend or you will have to wait for the next one in June 2018. 
 
LTK Colour Gradings:
The next LTK gradings for colour belts will take place week commencing Monday 20th November through to Friday 24th November. All eligible students will receive a form at their dojo. For those students who have recently joined at a LTK club in the last couple of months you will be eligible to grade at the next one in. LTK Annual Seminar:
Come and end 2017 with a BANG! Our LTK annual seminar will soon be upon us again. 4 hours of awesome training, lots of fun, prizes, refreshments open to ALL students. Taking place at Presteigne Sports Centre Saturday 9th December 10-2pm. Ideal for parents to leave the kids and get some Xmas shopping in! Book yourself a place today! £15 per person with a 20% discount for those who have attended 2 or more seminars this year.

If you are looking for Christmas gift ideas LTK have it covered. A new Gi? Club T-shirt? Sparring equipment? Kali Sticks? Drop me an email for details and we can get them ordered.

New LTK APP for your mobile devices!:
Lee Taylor has created the Lee Taylor Karate App for your Android smartphones and tablets. What this means is that LTK students can have video references of karate drills / kata / bunkai information at your fingertips! The app will be updated regularly and will contain videos on the following topics:Solo kata performance of various Kata, Impact and Pad Drills, Seminar Footage from Lee and other Instructors, Karate Throws, Locks and Ground Drills, Forthcoming Events Info, Along with other content as we continue to expand the LTK app. Click HERE and download yours today for only £1.79 ! 

Staying in touch:
Please make sure LTK has an up-to-date email address so we can keep in touch with you. Our software sends out emails with current info and birthday emails, so if you have not received any of these please let us know. You may need to check your junk/trash/spam folder as your email may not recognise it in the first instance, then move it to your inbox. Postal address and phone numbers need to be kept current as well.
